Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us before sending any return.

Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Items If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
